A Guide to Using Your Mala – Everything You Need to Know
Have you ever looked closely at praying monks?
I don't mean the monks they show you on TV - anyone who knows how monks live will be infuriated out how they are portrayed in the movies.
Anyway, if you observe them closely, you'll noticed a beaded amulet in their hands while they pray or meditate.
This amulet is called a Mala.
By using a mala during meditation, you can concentrate your mind, stay present, and achieve a state of deep relaxation.
But the benefits go beyond just meditation.
A mala is the key to attaining your full spiritual potential.
You see, malas can be made using certain stones or healing crystals which charge the mala with additional power.
Take an example.

Karma Item's famous Lapis Lazuli Third Eye Mala is made using Lapis Lazuli, one of the most spiritually charged stones in the world.
Coming into contact with Lapis Lazuli is by itself enough to send vibrations to the middle of your forhead (where the Third Eye is located). Meditating with it is a different story!
Meditating with this mala can actually activate your Third Eye Chakra.
That's like an entry pass into higher and more advanced level of spiritual enlightenment than 99.9% of humans aver achieve.
Once your Third Eye Chakra is activated, you can attain superhuman memory and concentration.
You might even be able to unlock your hidden spiritual abilities...
Of course, there are other malas made using different stones which have different effects.
There are malas for courage...
Malas for reducing anxiety...
Malas for spiritual protection...

The simplest way to use the mala is to just wear it. A mala can can be worn like a necklace, or like a bracelet by wrapping it twice around the wrist.
However, to truly use the mala to its full potential, you need to meditate with the mala.

So how do you use a mala for meditation?
It's simple. Just follow the following 8 steps:
-
Get comfortable in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
-
Hold your mala in your dominant hand and drape it over your middle finger.
-
Select your mantra - a positive affirmation that will help you stay centered and grounded.
-
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
-
Begin reciting your mantra, using your thumb to move from one bead to the next on the mala.
-
When you reach the guru bead, turn the mala around and continue moving your thumb in the same direction.
-
Continue meditating with the mala, repeating your mantra and focusing on your breath.
-
When you're finished, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
Oh, and there's one more thing if you want the mala to be as effective as possible.
You need to choose a mantra that's aligned with the powers of the malas.
For example, the power of the Lapis Lazuli Third Eye Mala is to activate your Third Eye and activate your spiritual abilities.
So you should choose a mantra like "I am open to the wisdom of my Third Eye".
Or, "Awaken my inner vision".
Remember, it's normal for your mind to wander during meditation. When you catch yourself getting distracted, simply bring your focus back to your mantra and mala.
Using a mala is like a window to a better world. So why not give it a try and see the difference it can make in your life?
Live long and prosper.
