Shipping Time
Karma Items has a policy of processing orders within 2 days. Within the United States, we provide tracked shipping via UPS, with orders generally arriving within 3-5 business days.

Tracking Your Order
All orders including tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Customers and Duties
In most cases, packages shipped to the US, Australia and Canada don’t require additional fees.

Where shipping charges do apply, they are not covered by our charges. The receipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to ship internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Our customer satisfaction is our top priority. We cover any cases of exceptional delay or loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.

If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or refund.

My order hasn’t arrived
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, your order is eligible for refund or a free reshipment. Please email us at support@devacrafts.com.


90 Day Returns Guarantee
We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@karmaitems.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
