Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We currently ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Shipping Time:

Karma Items processes all orders within 1-2 business days.

Once dispatched, your parcel travels on a fully-tracked, express service with the following estimated delivery windows (business days):

  • United States: 3 – 5 days (UPS® or equivalent)
  • United Kingdom: 4 – 8 days
  • Australia: 6 – 12 days
  • Canada: 7 – 13 days

Please note that peak-season surges or remote delivery areas may add a few extra days.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on every order to all destinations listed above.

Tracking Your Order:

All orders include tracking information, emailed within 48 hours of shipment.

Customs & Duties:

Most packages clear customs without additional fees. Where import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges apply, these are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In cases of exceptional delay or loss in transit, we will replace or refund your order free of charge.

If tracking shows the parcel held at a local post office, please contact the carrier first; if the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived:

If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, email us at support@karmaitems.com for a refund or free reshipment.

Shipping Status:

A shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

If you don’t see it right away, don’t worry—we will still deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately of any changes to your order. Custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, first contact the carrier to locate your shipment. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@karmaitems.com.

Taxes:

We collect sales tax where required by law in the United States.

International customers may be responsible for duties or VAT according to their country’s regulations.
