Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Time:

Karma Items has a policy of processing orders within 1-2 days. Within the United States, we provide tracked shipping via UPS, with orders generally arriving within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders. 

Tracking Your Order:

All orders including tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Customers and Duties:

In most cases, packages shipped don’t require additional fees.

Where shipping charges do apply, they are not covered by our charges. The receipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to ship internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Our customer satisfaction is our top priority. We cover any cases of exceptional delay or loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.

If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or refund.

My order hasn’t arrived:

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, your order is eligible for refund or a free reshipment. Please email us at support@karmaitems.com.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@karmaitems.com.

Taxes:

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
