Log in to PayPal, then inside your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and saved businesses. Select Karma Items and cancel the automatic payment.

This can happen if an active subscription or saved payment method is still on file. No worries, you can manage or cancel through the Stripe Portal, or reach out to support@karmaitems.com and we’ll sort it out right away.
