If you paid by PayPal, you can cancel your subscription inside your PayPal account. Login to PayPal, then go to Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and click saved businesses. Select Karma Items and cancel the automatic payment.
This can happen if an active subscription or saved payment method is still on file. No worries, you can manage or cancel through the Stripe Portal, or reach out to support@karmaitems.com and we’ll sort it out right away.
