The knotting in the center of my bracelet is defective. The knot does not move correctly therefore adjusting my bracelet is a huge task. An even bigger task is getting someone who works for this company to respond to your emails. Karma Items is terrible when it comes to communication. I’ve tried emailing them 3 times to discuss this issue; I just want to exchange the faulty bracelet for a new one. I don’t want my money back, I just want a new bracelet that works correctly. The website also says you can expect your item within 3-5 business days and that’s a lie. It takes them 3-5 WEEKS to get their items to you. Between the lack of support, the non-existent communication if/when something is wrong with your item and the lies they tell you about shipping, I cannot and do not recommend ordering items from this company. Additionally, after you place an order for an item, they send you emails saying “we’re so happy you’ve received your item!” Meanwhile, you haven’t received your item which is annoying, frustrating and confusing. Why would a company send their customers emails saying the customer received their items when the customer hasn’t received them yet? Regardless, I’m left with a faulty bracelet and multiple attempts to get a shipping label to return the faulty bracelet and exchange it for a new one. The people who own/work for this company are TERRIBLE communicators. If there’s something wrong with your item and/or order, good luck getting in touch with them. I’m infuriated that I’ve had to email them multiple times and no one has helped and/or resolved my issue. They’ve been ignoring my emails for weeks now. This company needs to work on their communication skills; deceiving and ignoring your customers when there’s an issue is not how you run a successful business.

I’ve been wearing this daily for a few months now and I’ve had no luck, or anything different happen for me. I’m not convinced it does anything to my chakras. The only thing it’s done is tarnished, and now it doesn’t look nice and shiny anymore. Not really impressed to say the least.

When I got the mail out of the mailbox, I opened the box. You know I’m not gonna read the rest of the mail. I wanted to see what the bracelet looked like, and I said this looks pretty nice and I put it on … looking at the rest of the mail I see I now have a pension check That I had no idea I was gonna get and it was just under 5000 and every month I’ve been getting another check.
